Return/Exchange Policy

We are confident that our Ruqya infused products will bring you Shifa and heal your ailments and difficulties, with the permission of Allah SWT. 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our products sold. 

If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us via email at m@ruqya.ae or send a WhatsApp message to +44 7846 495032. Kindly include details of the issue along with clear photos of the damaged product.

Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost parcels).


If the product is processed as damaged, a new product will be shipped out to you at no cost.
